How do I reset my password?

No need! We use a passwordless login system. Just enter your email and we'll send you a login code.

Why can't I find a specific brewery?

We're constantly adding new breweries. If you can't find one, we have a form to submit a request to add it.

How do I delete a review I posted?

Go to your profile, find the review under 'My Reviews', and click the delete option. Note that this action cannot be undone.

Can I edit my review after posting?

No, unfortunately we do not allow edits to reviews after they have been posted.

How does the rating system work?

We use a 5-star rating system. 1 star = Poor, 2 stars = Below Average, 3 stars = Average, 4 stars = Good, 5 stars = Excellent.

Is Hops available on mobile?

Yes! Our website is fully responsive and works great on mobile devices. We're also developing native mobile apps coming soon.
